Presentation of the sector

The bachelor's degree in Management specializing in the private LBS faculty aims to provide academic and practical knowledge of the various aspects of business and organization management, as well as project management.

This degree provides in-depth training in business and company management.

Target skills

At the end of the degree course, students will be able to :

- Define sales strategy
- Define/monitor team activity indicators and take corrective action (readjustment of individual objectives, etc.)
- Monitor procedures and processing times for contracts and claims, and implement corrective measures
- Monitor underwriting quality (regulations, ratio of needs to cover, etc.) and implement corrective measures.) and apply corrective measures
- Carry out accounting and administrative management of a structure
- Define and implement the organization of the department's activities
- Define and implement file processing procedures

In addition, holders of this licence can demonstrate the following cross-disciplinary skills:

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English and French in the field of the specialization, backed up by internationally recognized certification,
- Acquire IT know-how backed up by international Microsoft certification in office automation tools
- Integrate and evolve in the professional environment.

Access conditions

- Eligibility:
In first year:
- Hold a Tunisian Baccalaureate
or
- Hold a foreign Baccalaureate accepted as equivalent in Tunisia
In second year: A first year successfully completed in the same specialization
In third year: A second year successfully completed in the same specialization
- Admission: competitive examination based on application and interview.
