Compliance with legal requirements

In line with the quality approach adopted, Polytech Intl Group (LBS and PI) undertakes to comply with the regulatory and legal requirements applicable to its services, in particular:

  • Order of the Minister of Higher Education of September 28, 2000, approving the specifications governing the organization and operation of private higher education establishments, and all related texts.
  • Organic law no. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004 on the protection of personal data
  • Law no. 2009-11 of March 2, 2009, promulgating the code on safety and prevention of fire, explosion and panic risks in buildings
  • Current accreditation guides published by the Ministry of Higher Education
  • All other legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our services

Polytech Intl Group ( LBS and PI) has set up a regulatory watch and compliance verification process and takes the necessary steps to meet any applicable compliance requirements.
