Service quality

Polytech INTL GROUP, LBS et PI has opted for a process of periodic evaluation of its services which is aimed at all stakeholders: students, school staff, teachers, parents and professionals who participate in the training and supervision of our students and recruit graduates.

This approach enables us to identify stakeholder expectations and necessary improvement actions, and to redefine new priorities if necessary.

Measuring student satisfaction

Students are in contact with the school's management and
are represented on the Scientific Advisory Board, and take part in regular meetings with department heads. In addition to direct contact, student satisfaction is periodically assessed through the two surveys launched by the group:
- Each year, a satisfaction survey on the services provided by the school is carried out to assess and improve administrative services, the overall quality of teaching, study follow-up and the material conditions of courses.
-At the end of each semester, students are asked to rate the quality of their courses.

Measuring company satisfaction

Polytech Intl Group (PI and LBS) is aware that professionals are an essential link in the continuous improvement of programs and teaching methods, and in the development of the skills our students need to acquire in line with changing market requirements.
A number of channels have been put in place to strengthen consultation with professionals and identify their expectations: participation of professionals in decision-making bodies (COSAQ and Scientific Advisory Board), meetings, and the satisfaction survey. The latter focuses on the assessment of our graduates/trainees and the evaluation of interactions with Polytech Intl Group (LBS and PI).

Measuring parent satisfaction

Polytech Intl Group (PI and LBS) continually listens to its students' parents through direct contacts, meetings and satisfaction surveys.

A parent satisfaction survey was launched to measure satisfaction with reception and communication, behavior and feedback from dependent students, as well as fees, and to identify actions for improvement.

Measuring teacher satisfaction

To strengthen the dialogue with teaching staff, Polytech Intl group lecturers (LBS and PI) are invited to regular meetings with department heads on the scientific council and pedagogical committees.
In addition to direct contact, a survey has been carried out to measure teacher satisfaction with course conduct and material and general conditions.

Satisfaction measurement for administrative staff

The administrative staff are in constant contact with the management of polytech Intl Group (LBS and Pi) through their participation in various meetings and direct contacts. In addition, a satisfaction measurement survey has been launched to gather their expectations of the work itself and the establishment.
