Presentation of the sector

The Professional Master's degree in Judicial Law is designed to train high-level lawyers with a thorough understanding of civil, criminal and administrative procedures.

This Master's program is aimed at graduates with a basic or applied law degree.

Target skills

At the end of the Master's program, graduates should be able to :

- Specific training in judicial law in its various theoretical and practical dimensions
- Identify the guiding principles of civil, criminal, administrative and tax litigation
- Identify the guiding principles of arbitration
- Master the essential rules of civil, criminal, administrative and tax litigation
- Draft pleadings before the competent court
- Master litigation procedure: determining the most appropriate recourse before the competent jurisdiction, identifying the right legal arguments,
- mastering precautionary measures in the course of civil proceedings
- drafting pleadings for the authorization of registration or judicial release of precautionary measures
- mastering practical aspects through the study of concrete cases: consultations, notifications of adjustment, litigation.
- Draft statements of claim and defense, as well as pleadings.

- Access to the profession of business lawyer (subject to admission to the ISA competitive entrance examination),
- Becoming a magistrate (subject to admission to the ISM competitive entrance exam)
- Becoming a bailiff (subject to admission to the bailiff competitive entrance exam)
- Becoming a notary (subject to admission to the notary competitive entrance exam)

- Lawyer in a bank (subject to admission to the competitive entrance examination for the bank in question)
- Lawyer in an insurance company (subject to admission to the competitive entrance examination for the insurance company in question)

- Judicial administrator
- Access to the profession of labor inspector (subject to admission to the competitive entrance examination for labor inspectors)
- Access to the profession of public services advisor (subject to admission to the competitive entrance examination for the ENA),

Access conditions

- Eligibility :

First year :

- Hold a Tunisian law degree (or equivalent),

or

- Hold a foreign Bachelor's degree accepted as equivalent in Tunisia,

Second year: Successful completion of the first year in the same specialty,

- Admission: competitive examination and interview
