Bachelor's degree in Corporate and Business Law

Presentation of the sector

The aim of this training in legal sciences is to enable students to acquire skills in the various aspects of Private Law and, above all, corporate life, and to familiarize themselves with contractual, fiscal and social techniques.
However, this Bachelor's degree also offers general training in Public Law, since each semester includes at least one Public Law module.

Training in Corporate and Business Law covers the specialized knowledge required to practise the main professions in business, tax and legal law. It also provides an introduction to business management and the economic environment, supported by the organization, within the same institution, of training courses relating to management and accounting.

Target skills

At the end of the Bachelor's degree course, the graduating student should be able to:
- Solve legal problems in the main business sectors
- Master national laws and the international legal environment
- Have a general education in legal theory
- Draft contracts and agreements in relation to business activities
- Know the social role and responsibilities of individuals, political representatives, administrations, industrial and commercial companies.
- Be introduced to legal conflict resolution solutions (conciliation, mediation, appeals, litigation follow-up, legal recourse).

In addition, holders of this degree can demonstrate the following cross-disciplinary skills:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in Arabic, English and French in the field of the specialty, supported by international certification for foreign languages,
- Ability to work as part of a team,
- Computer skills, supported by international Microsoft certifications in office automation,
- Ability to integrate and evolve in a professional environment.

- Admission to the profession of public services advisor (subject to admission to the competitive entrance examination for the ENA),

- Eligibility :

First year :

- Hold a Tunisian Baccalaureate

or

- Hold a foreign bachelor's degree accepted as equivalent in Tunisia

Second year: Successful completion of the first year in the same specialty

Third year: Successful completion of the second year in the same specialty

- Admission: competitive examination and interview
